Using the dashboard
The dashboard is the page you are taken to once you have logged in (unless your site's configuration has been changed). The dashboard for every phpShadow website is located at website-name.com/dashboard.
About the dashboard
Your dashboard gives you links to different areas of the site. You will only see links to pages you are allowed to view, so your dashboard may look a little different to the one below.
Customising your dashboard
Moving boxes
Your dashboard allows you to change the layout of boxes as you wish.
To change the dashboard layout, simply click down and drag a box by its purple header. A dotted box outline will show you where your box will 'land' when you release the mouse. You can see this process in the images below:

Click down on the purple box header to start dragging:

Move the box to its destination - a dotted rectangle shows where the box will 'land'. The box is transparent during dragging:

Release the mouse and the box will land in its new position.
When you move a box, your layout will automatically save for next time you visit the dashboard. You will be notified that the saving has been completed by green text saying "layout saved" at the top of the page:
Minimising boxes
Boxes can also be hidden by click the minimise button (a "–" symbol) on the right of the header. This hides the box content and just shows the purple header of the box. You can expand the box by clicking the minimise button again (now a "+" symbol).
Like with moving dashboard boxes, when you minimise a box the new layout will automatically save. You will be notified of a successful save by the green "layout saved" text:
